Training and Learning
SEND aware learning rooted in understanding, lived experience and real world practice.
Spark Learning Collective is developing a range of thoughtful learning opportunities designed to support adults who work with, care for or support children and young people.
This work is grounded in the belief that understanding behaviour, communication and emotional needs leads to better outcomes - not just for children, but for the adults and systems around them.
What this learning will focus on
The training and learning developed through Spark Learning Collective will explore themes including:
- understanding behaviour as communication
- SEND aware and neurodiversity informed practice
- emotional regulation, anxiety and disengagement
- supporting children as whole individuals, not labels
- practical insight that makes sense in real life settings
This learning is designed to be reflective, accessible and grounded in real experience - not jargon, theory alone or tick box approaches.

Training and learning opportunities will be developed for:
- parents and carers
- educators and early years professionals
- schools and organisations
- professionals working alongside children and young people
Whether you are seeking deeper understanding, fresh perspective or practical tools, this learning will be shaped with care and intention.
